This is a unique opportunity to drink Mourvèdre, a red grape variety rarely used to make white wine. In the south of France or in Spain (known as Monastrell), Mourvèdre is generally used to make reds and rosés.

The result is a very elegant, light-bodied, mineral and saline wine, with a beautiful rosé color, plenty of freshness and notes of white flowers.
