Inebriati - Blanc de noir 2024 (France)

€23.00

This is a unique opportunity to drink Mourvèdre, a red grape variety rarely used to make white wine. In the south of France or in Spain (known as Monastrell), Mourvèdre is generally used to make a lot of rosés or reds.

The result is a very elegant, dry, light-bodied, mineral wine, with a beautiful white gold color, plenty of freshness. Lemon, apple and subtle floral notes on the nose.
Another fine piece of work from one of our favourite winemakers in France, Victor Beau, Domaine Inebriati.

🇫🇷 Pic-Saint-Loup (Languedoc), South of France

🍇 Grape: Mourvèdre

🍷 Alcohol: 11 %

🍾 Serving Temperature: 12-14° C.
