Every year the same pleasure. This Pet Nat (Natural Sparkling) is from one of our favourite french winemakers, Victor Beau from Domaine Inebriati in Languedoc in the South of France.
Fine bubbles, dry, I would say "extra-brut". A really wonderful Pet Nat !
