Every year the same pleasure. This Pet Nat (Natural Sparkling) is from one of our favourite french winemakers, Victor Beau running Domaine Inebriati in Pic-Saint-Loup (Languedoc) in the South of France.
Fine bubbles, this vintage 2025 is still quite dry but fruitier than before with the addition of Grenache blanc. A really wonderful Pet Nat !
