A very special premium beer macerated on black grape lees!
A blend of sour beers aged for an average of 18 months in barrels, comprising two-thirds beers fermented with a house yeast blend and one-third spontaneously fermented beers aged in coolships. These beers were macerated on Carignan, Syrah and Cinsault pomace.
